Progressive Die
A progressive die concept designed to stamp two different parts from the same tool using a changeover configuration. The tool included ribbing, changeover inserts, and a CAM rebump station to support form adjustability and accuracy. Tooling flexibility, manufacturability, form control, and production-ready die design.

A coil-fed compound rotor blank die. Blanks are retained in the upper section until the press reaches the top of stroke, then ejected onto a retrieval tray for removal from the press area.
